Shipping Policy

- Pre-Order Processing
All products on Crosswork Style are available for pre-order only. Once your pre-order is placed, we will begin processing your order. Please allow up to 30 days from the order date for your item(s) to ship. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimate
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days after the order is shipped.
Please note that delivery times are in addition to the 30-day processing period for pre-orders.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Order Tracking
Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- J&T
- PosLaju
- International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damages and Lost Packages
Crosswork Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
- Return Policy
Please note that we do not offer return shipping. All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
